  One:TrapDefinition:
The trap is used in the steam pipe network and equipment, can automatically discharge condensed water, air and other non-condensable gases, and prevent the leakage of water vaporvalve.According to the different working principles of steam traps, steam traps can be divided into the following three types: Mechanical type: it acts on the height of the condensed water in the steam trap, 1.Steam trap installationBetween the steam heating equipment and the condensate return header. When driving, the barrel is at the bottom and the valve is fully open. After the condensate enters the trap, it flows to the bottom of the bucket, fills the valve body, and completely immerses the bucket. Then, the condensed water is discharged to the return water header through the fully open valve. 2.Steam also enters the trap from the bottom of the barrel and occupies the top of the barrel to generate buoyancy. The barrel slowly rises and gradually moves the lever toward the valve seat until the valve is completely closed.Air and carbon dioxide gas pass through the vent hole of the barrel and gather at the top of the trap. The steam discharged from the vent will be condensed due to the heat dissipation of the trap. 3.When the incoming condensed water starts to fill the barrel, the barrel begins to exert a pulling force on the lever. As the condensate level continues to rise, the force generated continues to increase until the pressure difference can be overcome and the valve can be opened. 4.valveWhen it starts to open, the pressure difference acting on the disc will decrease. The barrel will drop rapidly, making the valve fully open. The non-condensable gas accumulated on the top of the trap is discharged first, and then the condensed water is discharged. When the water flows out of the barrel, the dirt will flow out of the trap.At the same time as the condensate is discharged, steam starts to enter the trap again, and a new cycle begins.
      Two: Control valve:
The control valve is a self-lubricating valve body that uses water, and no additional oil is required for lubrication. If the parts in the main valve are damaged, please disassemble it according to the following instructions. (Note: The general consumable damages in the inner valve are the diaphragm and ○-ring, and other internal parts are rarely damaged.) 1. First connect the front and rear ends of the main valvegateshut down. 2. Loosen the piping joint screw on the main valve cover to release the pressure in the valve. 3. Remove all screws, including the nut of the necessary copper pipe in the control pipeline. 4. Take the valve cover and spring. 5. Remove the shaft core, diaphragm, piston, etc., and do not damage the diaphragm. 6. After taking out the above items, check whether the diaphragm and ○-ring are damaged; if there is no damage, please do not separate the internal parts by yourself. 7. If you find that the diaphragm or ○-shaped ring is damaged, please loosen the nut on the shaft core, disassemble the diaphragm or the ring gradually, and then replace it with a new diaphragm or ○-shaped ring. 8. Inspect in detail whether the internal valve seat and shaft core of the main valve are damaged. If there are other sundries inside the main valve, clean them out. 9. Assemble the replaced parts and install the main valve in the reverse order. Pay attention that the valve should not be jammed. 10. Please refer to the installation and operation precautions for reuse.
The difference between the two is obvious, one is the output and the other is the input.
