  This valve is mainly used in the water diversion pipeline to realize the functions of flow adjustment, check and cut-off seal.If this valve is equipped with a hydraulic device, the pump outlet of a long pipeline can be installed, and it can be used as the most ideal hydraulic control check butterfly valve.

Features:

1. The streamlined valve internal cavity structure design not only reduces the flow resistance, but also reduces the wear of the valve internal wall by the impact of sediment.
2. Brand-new design idea, the valve seat ring adopts specially formulated rubber material, which has high resistance to sand impact and abrasion.It has fundamentally changed the situation that the continuous selection of new wear-resistant metal materials in the past has increased the manufacturing cost but the use effect is not ideal.
3. The anti-silt structure of the shaft end has been tested in practice, which effectively protects the valve shaft, bearings, packing and other parts from corrosion by sand.
4. The new structure design of the shaft sleeve not only ensures that the performance is not reduced, but also greatly reduces the manufacturing cost.The overall size is smaller, and the weight of the whole machine is lighter.
5. The lubricated shaft sleeve structure design greatly reduces the operating torque, and the switch is more flexible and labor-saving.
6. One valve can be used for multiple purposes and can be equipped with different driving devices to achieve different functions: when equipped with a manual or electric device, it can be used to adjust flow, pressure or cut-off seal; when equipped with a hydraulic drive device, it can be installed at the pump outlet and used Stop and eliminate water hammer.
7. It can be installed horizontally or vertically.
